SALES
  1. You are committed to a minimum initial marketing period of 2 months during which you will not appoint any other agent for this period.
  2. Hauzoo agree to market the property for a period without charging commission if we agree a sale, and the exchange of contracts takes place within 6 months of Hauzoo Ltd being instructed.
  3. If a sale is agreed with a buyer introduced by hauzoo and the contracts exchange later than 6 months from the date Hauzoo Ltd are instructed you will be charged our Sole Agency S2 service commission of 0.75%.
LETTINGS
  1. You are committed to a minimum initial marketing period of 2 months during which you will not appoint any other agent for this period.
  2. The property must be located in the geographical catchment (within the M25) and available on or before 30th September 2021.
  3. Where a tenancy commences on or before the 30th September 2021 with a tenant introduced to the property by hauzoo our L1 fee of 7.5% will be waived for the initial 12 months of the tenancy.
  4. If a tenancy commences with a tenant introduced by hauzoo later than the 30th September 2021 you will be charged our standard L1 fee of 7.5%.

How much can a hauzoo partner agent earn?

This is completely down to the partner agent, but below example should give a realistic indication of potential income.

Sales:  14 sales a year @ £500,000 charging an average fee of 1%.
Total sales fees generated  = £70,000 - 75% share to partner agent = £52,500

Lettings:  36 lets a year @ £1,500 pcm charging an average fee of 10%.
Total lettings fees generated = £64,800 - 75% share to consultant = £48,600

Total fees retained by partner agent = £101,100

12 months Monthly Fees = £1,800 (£150 x 12)

Total Net Income = £99,300
