Finding the right rental property
It is important that prospective tenants view, where possible, the Property they are considering renting prior to putting forward their offer to rent. We appreciate that sometimes it is not always practical to visit the physical property but at hauzoo we have many tools, such as virtual viewings, walk through videos, and 360° tours to help inform your decision.
Making an offer on a lettings property
Once you have found a property that is perfect for you, it is time to make an offer. This a crucial stage where you have to give information about you and your current position, but also be clear on what you expect and want from the tenancy. This might include details around what furnishings you would like to remain or be removed, or if you have any minor requests like a professional pre-tenancy clean. Furthermore, and most importantly, you will need details of the rental amount you would like to offer, the date you would like the tenancy to start, and how long you would like the tenancy to be. Once you have put forward your offer to your hauzoo consultant; we will contact the landlord with your offer and discuss the details. As soon as the landlord has had a chance to consider your offer, and any others received, we will come back to you with the landlord's response.
