Property Consultant
Hauzoo offers experienced Property Consultants the best opportunity in the marketplace to develop their own business using our systems and platform. Property Consultants can choose to specialise in sales or lettings and property management or offer all services. This is supported with our systems and platform, helping to progress sales and tenancies through to fully managing the properties.



Property Manager
Due to the rapid growth and expansion of the hauzoo lettings operation, we are actively looking for additional Property Managers.

As a Property Manager, you will be managing an exciting growing property portfolio.  Each Property Manager is responsible for overseeing their own property portfolio, arranging and organising the following:

  • Attending to maintenance raised during check-outs and tenancies, allocating jobs to contractors and successfully chasing up works until they are completed. 
  • Arranging tenancy renewals and the relevant documentation
  • Overseeing the check-out process at the end of a tenancy and organising deposit returns 
  • Carrying out regular property inspections 
  • Serving notices & issuing relevant legal documentation ensuring rental arrears are kept to a minimum 

Each property manager will be looking after many properties at once and the ability to prioritise and multitask is essential.



Sales Administrator
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with a proven track record in administration to support the growing network of hauzoo property consultants. A coordinator that offers outstanding communication, and someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service to all of our clients whilst achieving the right results, and enhancing our reputation.  This role can vary from day to day but candidates can expect the following key responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers by phone, email and face to face maintaining company standards 
  • Prepare and issue all necessary documentation for clients and solicitors 
  • Ensure all compliance procedures are met 
  • Provide high levels of customer service 
  • Support the property consultants



Viewing Assistant
As the hauzoo network grows this creates opportunities for viewings assistants to work with and support the property consultants.  This role is an ideal first step into the world of estate agency, where you will attending and assisting with property viewings. The role requires individuals to work in a structured environment, but also to be able to adapt quickly as each day can be completely different.
