As a Property Manager, you will be managing an exciting growing property portfolio. Each Property Manager is responsible for overseeing their own property portfolio, arranging and organising the following:
- Attending to maintenance raised during check-outs and tenancies, allocating jobs to contractors and successfully chasing up works until they are completed.
- Arranging tenancy renewals and the relevant documentation
- Overseeing the check-out process at the end of a tenancy and organising deposit returns
- Carrying out regular property inspections
- Serving notices & issuing relevant legal documentation ensuring rental arrears are kept to a minimum
Each property manager will be looking after many properties at once and the ability to prioritise and multitask is essential.
Sales Administrator
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with a proven track record in administration to support the growing network of hauzoo property consultants. A coordinator that offers outstanding communication, and someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service to all of our clients whilst achieving the right results, and enhancing our reputation. This role can vary from day to day but candidates can expect the following key responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers by phone, email and face to face maintaining company standards
- Prepare and issue all necessary documentation for clients and solicitors
- Ensure all compliance procedures are met
- Provide high levels of customer service
- Support the property consultants
