LETTINGS
- You are committed to a minimum initial marketing period of 4 weeks during which you will not appoint any other agent for this period.
- The property must be located in the geographical catchment (within the M25) and available on or before 1st July 2022.
- Where a tenancy commences on or before the 1st July 2022 with a tenant introduced to the property by Hauzoo a combined Letting and Management Fee of 10% plus VAT will be payable at the same frequency as the rent is due for the entire duration of the tenancy including any extensions or renewals.
