Why work with hauzoo as a Partner Agent?
Our agent partnership allows agents to build their own business, have access to a state of the art CRM, and the support that traditional estate agents offer their employees. By running your own business with the support of hauzoo we aim to help you focus on what really matters to you, should it be to achieve a better work/life balance, earning more money, or fulfilling an ambition to be your own boss.
Our charges are split to ensure that the primary focus is the success of your business.
Monthly charge
A low monthly charge of £150 (inc VAT) which includes:
- access to a state of the art CRM
- creation and hosting of your personal hauzoo email address
- call centre support when you are not available
- publication of properties on the hauzoo website, Zoopla, Rightmove etc
- access to hauzoo branded material for marketing and promotion
Hauzoo will be paid 25%* of the fees received on the successful completion of every sale and let. This means that the partner agents will benefit from 75% of the fees generated from every sale and rental.
(*Subject to a minimum fee to hauzoo of £250 for each sale & £150 for each let)
Further Lettings Services
Hauzoo are also able to provide the below support services to partner agents at the charges outlined below.
Rent Collection
- Rent Collection service available @ £9 (inc VAT) per month per tenancy.
- Fully Managed service available @ £48 (inc VAT) per month per tenancy.
Sales: 14 sales a year @ £500,000 charging an average fee of 1%.
Total sales fees generated = £70,000 - 75% share to partner agent = £52,500
Lettings: 36 lets a year @ £1,500 pcm charging an average fee of 10%.
Total lettings fees generated = £64,800 - 75% share to consultant = £48,600
Total fees retained by partner agent = £101,100
12 months Monthly Fees = £1,800 (£150 x 12)
Total Net Income = £99,300
