8-Week Sale Guarantee - Terms and Conditions

The property must be marketed exclusively via Hauzoo for a minimum period of 8 weeks. This exclusivity ensures that our dedicated team can focus on obtaining the best possible offer for your property.
2. Home Report and Valuation:
The home report and associated valuation must be prepared no more than 3 weeks before the property is marketed for sale by Hauzoo. This ensures that the valuation is current and reflects the most accurate market conditions.
